  • Derive and manage safety requirements and ensure traceability across the system lifecycle.
  • Support system design reviews to ensure safety requirements are embedded in architectures, interfaces, and operational concepts.
  • Prepare safety cases, assurance cases, compliance evidence, and supporting documentation for internal and external review.
  • Coordinate verification and validation activities related to safety requirements and risk controls.
  • Assess design changes, deviations, incidents, and non-conformances for safety impact.
  • Support certification, regulatory submissions, and customer assurance activities where required.
  • Facilitate safety workshops and cross-functional risk reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to lessons learned, continuous improvement, and the development of safety and assurance processes, methods, and tools.
  • Support Hazard Log details and workshops for C&U and SRS.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems, safety, or a related discipline.
  • 10 - 15 years Experience in systems safety, system assurance, or functional safety roles.
  • Knowledge of safety lifecycle processes and systems engineering principles.

  • Familiarity with applicable industry standards, regulations, and assurance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and influence technical decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
