Support the project team in project risk assessment, problem-solving, scheduling and resourcing.
Provide regular progress and insight reports to Takt’s Director of Project Management.

Required Soft Skills

Required Hard Skills

Creative agency and web design/development project experience, including knowledge of web design processes and the ability to guide teams through each stage while managing multiple deliverables.
Ability to create project roadmaps and resource accordingly
Strength in estimating tasks and costs, based on previous experience
Proven ability to manage in-project risks

Required Software Experience

Project management software (we use Asana)
Messaging software (we use Slack, some client comms through Teams)
Bug tracking software (we use Bugherd)
Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides)
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and CMS platforms overall

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 yrs. Experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency (OR on a digital product customer service team)
Post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience

Bonus Skills

Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Experience in co-facilitating workshops, online or in-person
