Reporting to the Manager, conseiller D365, the Senior Consultant ERP Dynamics Commerce & Retail is a member of the Microsfot team. You will play a key role in supporting our retail sector clients in the implementation, optimization, and transformation of their strategic omnichannel processes.

As a recognized expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce & Retail solutions, you will transform your expertise into added value for our clients, working on strategic projects related to point of sale (POS) management, e-commerce, store operations, retail supply chain, and customer experience.

Your mission consists of:

Business Knowledge

Participate in the analysis of business needs for retail clients and design adapted functional solutions in D365 F&O.
Configure and deploy retail-related modules: store management, POS, products, promotions, pricing, loyalty, channel management (online/offline), etc.

Operational Excellence

Oversee key project phases: framing workshops, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
Contribute to optimizing the customer experience through D365 Commerce and Retail technologies.

Communication & Relationships

Work closely with technical, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and coherent solution integration.
Ensure knowledge transfer to end-users and produce necessary functional documentation.

Creativity and Innovation

Act as a strategic advisor to clients on retail trends and digital innovations.
Support internal teams and clients in a continuous improvement and change management approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
10 years of confirmed experience in ERP implementation or technology solutions in the retail sector.
Solid understanding of omnichannel retail challenges, in-store operations (POS), pricing and promotions management, and customer loyalty programs.
Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation or e-commerce platform integration projects.
Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into concrete and innovative functional solutions.
Communication: good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.

En tant qu'expert(e) reconnu(e) en solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce & Retail, vous transformerez votre savoir-faire en valeur ajoutée pour nos clients, en intervenant sur des projets stratégiques liés à la gestion des points de vente (POS), du commerce électronique, des opérations de magasin, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement retail et de l’expérience client.

Votre mission consiste à :

Connaissance métier

Participer à l’analyse des besoins d’affaires des clients du secteur commerce (Retail) et concevoir des solutions fonctionnelles adaptées dans D365 F&O.
Configurer et déployer les modules liés au retail : gestion des magasins, POS, produits, promotions, tarification, fidélisation, gestion des canaux (online/offline), etc.

Excellence Opérationnelle

Encadrer les phases clés du projet : ateliers de cadrage, conception, configuration, tests, formation, déploiement et support post-lancement.
Contribuer à l’optimisation de l’expérience client via les technologies D365 Commerce et Retail.

Communication & Relations

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, marketing, finance et logistique pour assurer une intégration fluide et cohérente des solutions.
Assurer le transfert de compétences aux utilisateurs finaux et produire la documentation fonctionnelle nécessaire.

Créativité et Innovation

Agir comme conseiller stratégique auprès des clients sur les tendances du commerce de détail et les innovations numériques.
