Job Description

Reporting to the Principal Director, SAP Innovation and IP and the Vice President, Delivery for engagement assignment, the SAP AI Orchestration Developer designs and builds AI-enabled business processes on the SAP Business AI platform.

You connect models, data, and AI services to workflows, approvals, exception paths, and human controls that make a solution safe and useful in production. You partner with functional specialists, architects, and delivery teams to evaluate quality, manage risk, and document maintainable solutions.

Your mission consists of:

Technical and functional expertise
- Design and develop workflows that integrate AI services, prompts, models, and decisioning into user journeys.
- Implement document ingestion, vector embeddings, grounding and workflows in AI processes.
Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Define human controls, autonomy rules, exception paths, and audit trails to limit the consequences of incorrect outputs.
- Evaluate outputs with real test sets, measure accuracy, and instrument solutions to detect drift early.
Operational excellence
- Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover, and stabilization for AI-enabled scope.
Collaboration and team mindset
- Work with functional specialists to understand the business process before automating it and produce documentation that support teams can use.
Knowledge sharing
- Build reusable patterns, prompt libraries, and evaluation harnesses, then enable teams to understand the limits of the AI layer.

Relevant du Directeur principal, PI et innovation SAP et de la Vice-présidence, livraison pour l’affectation aux mandats, le/la Développeur(euse), orchestration de l’IA SAP conçoit et réalise des processus d’affaires enrichis par l’IA sur la plateforme SAP Business AI.

Vous reliez les modèles, les données et les services d’IA aux étapes de travail, approbations, exceptions et contrôles humains qui rendent une solution exploitable en production. Vous collaborez avec les spécialistes fonctionnels, les architectes et les équipes de livraison afin d’évaluer la qualité, maîtriser les risques et documenter des solutions durables.

Votre mission consiste à :

Expertise technique et fonctionnelle
- Concevoir et développer des flux de travail intégrant des services, invites, modèles et mécanismes décisionnels d’IA dans les parcours utilisateurs.
- Mettre en œuvre l’ingestion documentaire, les plongements vectoriels, l'ancrage et les flux de travail dans les processus IA.
Résolution de problèmes et pensée analytique
- Définir les contrôles humains, les règles d’autonomie, les chemins d’exception et la piste d’audit afin de limiter les conséquences d’une réponse erronée.
- Évaluer les résultats sur des jeux d’essai réels, mesurer la précision et instrumenter les solutions afin de détecter rapidement la dérive.
Excellence opérationnelle
- Soutenir les essais d’intégration, les essais d’acceptation, la résolution des anomalies, la mise en production et la stabilisation des composantes d’IA.
Collaboration et esprit d’équipe
- Travailler avec les spécialistes fonctionnels pour comprendre le processus d’affaires avant d’en automatiser une partie et produire une documentation exploitable par les équipes de soutien.
Partage des connaissances
- Créer des patrons réutilisables, des bibliothèques d’invites et des outils d’évaluation, puis animer des séances permettant aux équipes de comprendre les limites de la couche d’IA.
