If you're someone who enjoys keeping live activations on track, working with different teams and seeing events come together from start to finish, this could be a great opportunity for you.
You'll work across different teams, venue partners and business divisions, helping coordinate promotional events, improve logistics processes and make sure setup goals get done on time.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where you'll have the opportunity to learn, take ownership of your work and build your event management experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with planning, coordinating and delivering events across different client activations.
- Develop and maintain event plans, setup schedules, supply checklists and progress trackers.
- Work closely with internal teams and management to ensure events stay on schedule.
- Coordinate event briefing syncs, prepare agendas, document feedback and follow up on action items.
- Monitor event milestones, setup deadlines and promotional deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Identify potential venue delays, equipment issues and scheduling risks, and help develop practical solutions.
- Liaise with venue managers, local suppliers and service partners as required.
- Support the implementation of new promotional displays, staging systems and event initiatives.
- Assist with reviewing and improving existing event setup workflows to increase on-site efficiency.
- Prepare event recaps, inventory updates, reports, presentations and site documentation.
- Track event assets, promotional materials and supply budgets where required.
- Maintain accurate event records and ensure staging tasks are completed and followed through.
- Support different departments with their event coordination and operational requirements.
- Assist with general brand improvement initiatives and special activations as they arise.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, retail support, administration or a similar role, although motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with different teams, venue hosts and public audiences.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Great attention to detail and a practical approach to on-site problem-solving.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- The ability to learn new event logistics platforms and inventory management tools.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
- Qualifications in event management, marketing, business or a related field would be an advantage but are not essential.
Here's what you can look forward to:
- Variety in your work: Get involved in events across different teams, brand accounts and venue locations.
- Hands-on experience: Build practical event planning and coordination skills while working on real consumer campaigns.
- Career development: Learn from experienced professionals and develop your confidence in managing live events.
- Supportive team: Work with people who value collaboration, energetic communication and getting things done.
- Opportunity to contribute: Bring your ideas, identify logistics improvements and help shape better ways of delivering activations.
- Room to grow: Develop your skills and take on more event management responsibility as your experience grows.
