We are looking for experienced Human Factors / Ergonomics professionals to join an aerospace engineering team.

🔹 Ideal background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Design, Ergonomics, Psychology or related field
• Relevant experience in Human Factors / Ergonomics within Aerospace
- Experience with cockpit/flight deck, HMI or aircraft systems
• Knowledge of cognitive and/or physical ergonomics
• Experience with 3D modeling tools such as CATIA, NX, Jack, Rhinoceros is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills; French is an asset

Responsibilities
Contribute to aerospace flight deck and cockpit design by applying human factors, ergonomics, and user-centered design principles. Support task and human error analysis, flight crew usability evaluations, requirements development and verification, simulation, testing, prototyping, certification, and cockpit geometry modeling.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, industrial design, ergonomics, psychology, or a related field is sought, along with relevant aerospace human factors or ergonomics experience. Experience with cockpit or flight deck systems, human-machine interfaces, ergonomics, and 3D modeling tools such as CATIA, NX, Jack, or Rhinoceros is advantageous; strong English communication skills are expected, and French is an asset.
