- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, grade plans, and laser guidance systems.
- Solid understanding of site safety procedures and equipment maintenance practices.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Operate dozers with precision to achieve exact trim and fine grade specifications for construction sites.
- Interpret site plans, grade stakes, and laser levels to ensure accurate earthmoving and grading.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, surveyors, and other operators to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain equipment in peak operating condition through daily inspections and basic maintenance.
- Uphold strict safety protocols and environmental standards on every job site.
- Adapt to varying site conditions and project requirements while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
