- Experience within a building engineering consultancy is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, building mechanical infrastructure, and equipment selection.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario or active progress toward PEO registration is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, BIM, and energy modelling tools is considered an asset.
- Experience preparing mechanical design drawings, technical specifications, reports, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with building renovations, retrofits, system upgrades, and existing-building assessments.
- Strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Demonstrated interest in project management, mentorship, and professional growth.
- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
