TalentSphere is partnering with a Revit based client with projects across Canada that requires an experienced Architect to step into a leadership role designing large scale distribution centers, warehouses and cold-storage facilities. Starting as a Team Lead, the successful candidate will later transition into an Associate or Project Director role later. Only Revit based professionals experienced in large scale distribution centers, warehouses (300k+++ SF) & cold storage projects will be considered.
The Role
Reporting to an Associate, they require a seasoned professional who enjoys leading projects, building client relationships and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

They Require An Architectural Professional With
- Strong Revit skills on technical construction projects
- 4+ years working in a BIM environment
- Part 3 OBC experience gained on large scale (500k SF) distribution, warehouse or cold storage projects
- Group F2 and F3 occupancies; code analyses for large sprinklered industrial buildings
- Strong understanding of fire separation for mixed use industrial/office occupancies
- Knowledge of stacked racking, conveyer belts, mezzanines and elevated platform areas
- Knowledge of building envelope systems including precast and insulated metal panels, vapor and condensation control; freeze/cooler assemblies
- Experience working in Revit on technical projects across multiple stakeholders
- A leadership role with upward mobility
- 4 weeks of vacation; 5 personal days

Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale distribution centers, warehouses, and cold-storage facilities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders. Build client relationships, mentor team members, and progress toward an Associate or Project Director role.
Requirements
Candidates need strong Revit skills and at least four years of experience working in a BIM environment on technical construction projects. They must have Part 3 Ontario Building Code experience on large industrial projects, including relevant occupancy and fire-separation analysis, and knowledge of industrial storage systems and building-envelope assemblies.
