General Labour
- Material handling and production support
- Loading, unloading and preparing materials
- Use of hand and power tools
- General shop and production duties
Production / Assembly
- Assemble wood products and components
- Operate production equipment
- Follow work orders and production instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality
CNC / Machine Operators
- Operate CNC and other production machinery
- Load and unload materials
- Monitor machine operation and product quality
- Perform measurements and basic machine adjustments
- Previous CNC or machine-operating experience is an asset
