Proven ability to estimate projects up to approximately $10M
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Experience with quantity takeoffs and understanding of multiple construction trades
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project requirements
Experience working directly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders and deadlines
Strategic mindset with the confidence to question estimates, identify risks, and find opportunities

Opportunity to work on a diverse range of industrial and commercial projects
Stable opportunity with an established General Contractor
Collaborative and hands-on working environment
