They are known for their collaborative environment, entrepreneurial culture, and strong pipeline of work across Western Canada.

Oversee projects from conceptual design through construction administration and close-out
Maintain strong client relationships and participate in meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Mentor and support junior and intermediate designers/engineers
Review drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation for quality and code compliance
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, electrical, and contractor groups
Participate in site reviews, construction meetings, and technical problem-solving during project execution
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and overall team/project leadership

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
P.Eng designation (APEGA or eligible)
8+ years of experience within consulting engineering/building design
Strong experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, residential, or mixed-use projects
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and industry-standard design software
Strong communication and client-facing abilities
Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and team development

What’s Offered

Competitive compensation package
Leadership opportunity with strong growth potential
Diverse and technically challenging projects
Collaborative and supportive team environment
Opportunity to remain technically involved while taking on greater project and client responsibility

Please Note: Only candidates with consulting engineering experience in building design will be considered.
