Maintain strong client relationships and participate in meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Mentor and support junior and intermediate designers/engineers
Review drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation for quality and code compliance
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, electrical, and contractor groups
Participate in site reviews, construction meetings, and technical problem-solving during project execution
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and overall team/project leadership

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
P.Eng designation (APEGA or eligible)
8+ years of experience within consulting engineering/building design
Strong experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, residential, or mixed-use projects

Strong communication and client-facing abilities
Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and team development

What’s Offered

Competitive compensation package
Leadership opportunity with strong growth potential
