- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil construction project management, ideally with a general contractor.
- Proven track record delivering commercial, industrial, and highway/road projects from inception to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Expertise in managing change orders and navigating complex contractual requirements.
- Leadership experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.
- Business development acumen - comfortable identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil construction projects, including commercial, industrial, and highway/road infrastructure projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders - clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies - to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Proactively manage change orders, ensuring impacts are assessed, documented, and negotiated effectively.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, contributing to business development and strategic growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control processes.
