- Provide hands-on technical guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting support, and assistance with complex development challenges.

- Drive software architecture, development processes, testing, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Strong hands-on development experience with C#, C++, WPF, MVC, and .NET.
- Experience with software architecture, system design, integration, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with Git/GitLab, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
- Experience developing software in Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of software quality, testing, documentation, and regulated development environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, project roadmaps, timelines, and resources.
