Looking for a job that can handle a little pressure? If you have experience operating presses, production machinery, or working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you! TalentWorld is looking for Press Operators for one of their manufacturing clients in Elora, ON. Our client is looking for candidates who are willing to learn, work well in a team and independently, and are always up for a challenge!

Press Operator Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor press line machinery according to job specifications
Perform quality checks and inspections in a timely manner
Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and report mechanical issues promptly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with site safety standards
Communicate effectively with the team and quality control on any line issues
Other duties as assigned

Press Operator Requirements

Previous Manufacturing experience is an asset.
Must have access to your own vehicle
Strong communication skills; able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on consistent basis.
Comfortable working in a hot/warm production environment

Employment Details

Pay: $23.50/hour + multiple shift premiums and OT after 40hrs

Schedule: Orientation, 12-hr Continental Schedule (rotations)
