Integration Platform Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Integration Platform Manager for one of our clients in Montreal area. Reporting to the Director, Integration Services, the Integration Platform Manager is responsible for the governance, adoption, optimization, and evolution of the organization's integration and automation platforms. This role acts as the primary liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to maximize platform value and support business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain backend and frontend components for enterprise applications and microservices.
Contribute to modernization initiatives aimed at improving system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
Design and implement new features that support business and operational needs.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and optimize performance across services and databases.
Contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, development practices, and technical tooling.
Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Manage platform governance, standards, and operating processes.
Drive platform adoption across business units.
Partner with stakeholders to identify integration, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
Maintain the platform roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Monitor platform utilization, costs, performance, and value metrics.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and governance requirements.
Provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
Bilingual (French/English) required for daily communications outside Quebec.

Nous recherchons un·e Gestionnaire de plateforme d'intégration pour un de nos clients de la région de Montréal. Relevant du Directeur, Services d'intégration, le Gestionnaire de plateforme d'intégration est responsable de la gouvernance, de l'adoption, de l'optimisation et de l'évolution des plateformes d'intégration et d'automatisation de l'entreprise. Il agit comme point central entre les équipes TI, les partenaires d'affaires et les fournisseurs afin de maximiser la valeur des plateformes et soutenir les besoins organisationnels.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Gérer la gouvernance, les standards et les processus associés aux plateformes.
Promouvoir l'adoption des plateformes auprès des différentes unités d'affaires.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin d'identifier des opportunités d'intégration, d'automatisation et d'amélioration des processus.
Définir et maintenir la feuille de route des plateformes en fonction des priorités d'affaires.

EXIGENCES

Diplôme universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
Minimum de 8 années d'expérience en gestion de plateformes, gestion de produits, gestion de projets TI ou technologies d'entreprise.
Expérience en gestion de fournisseurs et de parties prenantes multiples.
Bonne compréhension des plateformes infonuagiques (SaaS) et des environnements d'entreprise.
Compréhension des concepts d'intégration tels que les API, les flux de données et les architectures d'intégration.
Connaissance des principes de gouvernance, de gestion de services et de gestion des coûts.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, collaboration et influence.
