We're hiring a Licensed Truck Technician for a well-established national transportation company backed by a major rail and logistics group - serious stability, without the cold corporate feel.
๐ช๐ต๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ญ๐ฑ-๐ฎ๐ฌ+ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐:
โ 4-day work week - Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AMโ4:00 PM. Every Friday off, no exceptions.
โ $35โ$40/hour + shift premium
โ $500/year tool allowance + $300/year boot allowance
โ RRSP matching + employer-paid health & dental
โ Up to 10 paid sick days + 3 personal days
โ Course reimbursement, mentorship pathways to lead-hand, and forklift/First Aid certs provided if you don't already have them
โ Relocation assistance considered for the right person

๐ฉ Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across engines, drivetrains, braking, and auxiliary systems on a diverse heavy-duty fleet
๐ฉ Scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspections to OEM standards
๐ฉ Managing audit-ready work orders, parts verification, and warranty documentation
๐ฉ Mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
๐ CVIP licence in Manitoba (ability to sign commercial vehicle safeties - non-negotiable)
๐ Red Seal Transport Truck Technician certification or equivalent inter-provincial certification
๐ Valid Driver's Licence with Air Brake certification
๐ 3-7 years of in-shop heavy-duty truck maintenance experience preferred
๐ JPRO diagnostic software experience a bonus
