We are searching for two eager students to join our Calgary team as Business Support Summer Students. You will be part of the Office Services team and will assist the team with a variety of activities throughout your term. You will benefit from the industry knowledge gained by working in a corporate business environment. Part of your responsibilities will be to help in an innovative initiative to digitize records to enhance our operational efficiency.
This is a summer student position based out of Calgary, working from our office 5 days per week. This position is full-time from May to August 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support records management through document scanning, indexing, and file organization.
- Provide reception coverage, including greeting visitors and directing calls and inquiries.
- Assist with the distribution and delivery of mail and courier packages.
- Respond to building and facilities-related requests from employees.
- Maintain snack bar inventory, including restocking and inventory tracking.
- This role requires regular movement throughout the office, periods of standing, and occasional lifting of materials up to 20 lbs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Prior experience in oil and gas is considered an asset
- Prior internship, co-op, volunteer, customer service, or relevant work experience is considered an asset
- Experience working on academic, extracurricular, or community projects demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and initiative is considered an asset
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor’s degree program, preference will be given to those who have completed their first year of academic studies.
- Must be returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term
- Must attach your most recent unofficial or official transcript with your application to be considered
- Available to work full-time in our Calgary office for the duration of the 4-month work term
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references and pass a criminal background check
