Role Description

In this role you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including engaging, screening, interviewing through to offer coordination
• Partner closely with hiring managers, local and remote, to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets
• Support and strengthen our employer brand across recruitment channels and social platforms including Linkedin
• Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Collaborate with Canada & US team to drive a standardised, best practice hiring experience for candidates and business stakeholders
• Use recruitment data and market insight to continually improve hiring outcomes
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Hiring and Interviewing to support screening, interview coordination, and selection processes.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a responsive, professional, and inclusive experience for all applicants and stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruiting or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems, productivity tools, and basic HR technologies; prior experience in IT or technology recruitment is an asset.
