AI -Senior Mobile Engineering Specialist

looking to hire a Senior Mobile Engineering Specialist who will join the global team of mobile engineers and developers responsible for enabling the mobile technologies that power the firm's corporate mobile offerings. We are looking for a person who can contribute to enhancing the device experience on mobile devices. The candidate will have a very strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set, great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team.

Role and Responsibilities:-

The core responsibilities of this position include:

Lead the technical onboarding of AI applications (such as Chat GPT, Grok, Claude, Hebbia and onto the firm's managed mobile platform, assessing enterprise control gaps and designing workable solutions

Partner with the AI engineering teams squad, the proxy team, application vendors and business-aligned technology teams to take new applications through to production

Work on the integration of MDM (Intune, MobileIron) and Identity Provider systems

Work on standardizing Mobile Identity and Access Management technologies

Enhance the end-user authentication experience on mobile devices by promoting biometric and password less authentication technologies

Ensure solutions meet the necessary security, supportability and performance requirements

Create, review, maintain and update documentation

Work with the Level 3 support team to investigate and troubleshoot root causes

Required Skills:-

Senior years of experience in mobile device management, working at senior engineer level

Experience integrating MDM systems with PingFederate or Microsoft Entra

Experience implementing SSO for mobile applications

In-depth understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and standards such as SAML, OAuth and OIDC

Experience onboarding mobile applications from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Strong knowledge of the iOS and Android mobile operating systems

Experience with mobile device management platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, BlackBerry, AirWatch or similar

Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:-

Experience with Office 365 and Intune App Protection Policies

Knowledge of computer and mobile security concepts

Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android

Experience with networking, load balancers, proxy servers and firewalls

Experience onboarding or securing AI / generative AI applications in an enterprise environment
