Key Responsibilities:

• "Business Analyst, Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, frameworks, and operational practices. Ability to act as a liaison between business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.
• Experience in analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable outcomes. Expertise in developing and maintaining technical and operational documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Business Engagement Planning Establish trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit business needs, objectives, and challenges. Support strategic planning, demand intake, and initiative prioritization.
• Develop business cases and value realization frameworks. Business Analysis Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes. Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility assessments.
• Define business requirements, success criteria, and key performance indicators Solution Development Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business objectives are understood.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements.
• Validate proposed solutions against business expectations. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Project Delivery Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management, training, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and expected outcomes. Assist with post-implementation reviews and benefits realization

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
