Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and use cases. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Support Agile development teams by managing requirements, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect management, and release validation. Perform impact analysis for system enhancements, regulatory changes, and business initiatives. Support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and industry standards. Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives across banking and financial services functions. Assist project managers and stakeholders in risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management activities. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
