Job Description

Certifications

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
• Agile certifications or Agile training preferred.

Business Analysis Core Skills

• Requirements gathering from business users.
• BRD (Business Requirements Document) creation.
• Ability to translate business requirements for technical teams, including developers, designers, and vendors.
• Functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Process analysis and modeling.
• Process mapping, including current-state and future-state processes.
• Data and process analysis and modeling.
• Understanding of data flows, process flows, and system interactions.
• Requirements traceability from business needs through scope changes, testing, and final solution.
• Define acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and validate testing against requirements.

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading large design sessions and workshops.
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements to business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Partners.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, including developers, designers, system teams, and database teams.
• Ability to create and present business cases.
• Experience with value justification, approval, funding, and prioritization.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
