Job Description :-

Must-Have

1)Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of OCM principles and methodologies, tools and techniques related to business alignment, sponsorship, readiness, communication, and training needs

2)Shares OCM knowledge and coaches / supports colleagues

3)Elaborate requirements in sufficient detail for IT Infrastructure engineers/architects to prepare design and application programmers to code

4)Ability to abstract, decompose, categorize and compare

5)Ability to work as part of large team and to lead the team

6)Ability to work effectively independently and with a team

7)Ability to multitask and distinguish important and urgent matters from a broad range of duties under tight deadlines

8)Articulate complex technical issues with both Technical teams and Business users

9)Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and articulation skills

10)Oil and Gas Industry Domain Knowledge

Good-to-Have

1)Analytical and problem-solving skills

2)Knowledge of solution delivery lifecycle

Technical Skills

1)Elicit high level requirements for stakeholders and users

2)Unified Process or Agile methodologies of documenting requirements in Use Cases or User Stories

3)Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract

4)Knowledge of information security policies and solution delivery lifecycle

5)Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
