Required Experience:
good years of experience in Client Management, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or IT Services delivery leadership.
Proven experience managing large enterprise customers and driving revenue growth.
Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and customer engagement skills.
Experience in contract management, forecasting, margin improvement, and escalation management.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Retain and grow existing customer accounts.
Ensure timely resolution of escalations and client concerns, implementing risk mitigation plans as needed.
Drive high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Lifeline outcomes.
Analyze CSI and Lifeline feedback to identify and execute improvement actions.
Identify and position new service offerings in collaboration with pre-sales and solutioning teams.
Expand account footprint by promoting full-service engagements and non-linear growth opportunities.
Achieve Total Contract Value (TCV) and revenue growth targets.
Improve account profitability and margins.
Ensure timely billing, collections, and receivables management.
Collaborate with delivery teams and customers to measure and showcase realized business value.
Support the creation of customer success stories and business case studies.
Identify and develop customer references and referral opportunities.
Review delivery plans, project progress, budgets, and overall account health.
Provide accurate account revenue forecasts and business insights."
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
