Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive strategic growth across key Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality (TTH) accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing executive-level client relationships, expanding existing business, identifying new opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth. Candidates with existing relationships and business development experience within the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality (TTH) sector will be strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue, profitability, and growth targets for assigned strategic accounts.
Identify, create, and convert new business opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to expand TCS services and solutions.
Build and execute account growth strategies in partnership with internal business units and leadership teams.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Lead client presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions to establish long-term partnerships.
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and business outcomes.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high delivery and service standards.
Collaborate with delivery and resource management teams to ensure timely staffing and successful execution.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Competencies

Strong Customer Orientation with a proven ability to build and grow strategic client relationships.
Demonstrated Leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, consulting, or business development.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth, account expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Experience working with large enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder environments.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead strategic growth initiatives.
