Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI

solutions. In this role, you will build intelligent systems - ranging from predictive ML models with entire model life cycle to

advanced applied Large Language Model (LLM) applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines - to

automate complex workflows and enhance user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transition

AI models from experimental prototypes into scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise APIs.

Generic Managerial Skills,

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in Agile teams, manage multiple priorities, mentor team members, drive AI-enabled innovation, and deliver scalable data solutions in fast-paced environments. Strong focus on collaboration, problem-solving, governance, and continuous improvement.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
