Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with strong expertise in Enterprise Data Hub (EDH), SQL, Informatica, and Business Intelligence (BI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing data solutions, performing data validation, supporting ETL processes, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and development teams to ensure high-quality data management and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
• Gather, understand, and document data requirements from business stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation scripts.
• Work with Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) platforms to integrate, manage, and maintain enterprise data assets.
• Design, develop, and support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality analysis.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Business Intelligence tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support data migration, data warehousing, and reporting initiatives.
• Document data mappings, transformation logic, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production validation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data security and data governance policies.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IICS.
• Experience working with Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) environments.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL concepts, and data modeling.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Cognos
• BusinessObjects
• SSRS
• Knowledge of relational databases such as:
• Oracle
• SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• Teradata
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
