Must Have Technical/Functional Skills :-
- Senior years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Consulting, and Enterprise Data Transformation, with proven success in business growth and large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Operating Models, Data Products, Data Governance, and Data Modernization
- Proven experience in delivering ROI and Business Outcomes to customers across the Data to Insights value chain
- Demonstrates deeper understanding of Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT, data integration, APIs, data quality, orchestration, observability, Data Ops, and platform engineering.
- Experience leading Analytics and Business Intelligence initiatives, including enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, semantic layers, advanced analytics, and decision intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, Responsible AI, and AI-driven business transformation.
- Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
- Strong understanding of BFSI domain requirements, including regulatory compliance, data privacy, security, resilience, auditability, and risk management.
- Demonstrated success in consulting, business development, pre-sales, solutioning, opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing support, and executive-level stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams, drive transformation programs, and engage effectively with CXOs and senior business leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Business, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
- Preferred certifications in Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, Analytics, AI, Program Management, or Executive Leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CAIOs, business executives, and senior technology leaders.
- Advise BFSI clients on enterprise data strategy, analytics transformation, AI adoption, governance, operating models, and modernization priorities.
- Translate business challenges into practical transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, steering committee discussions, and strategic client conversations.
- Drive growth for Data, Analytics & AI services from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Shape large consulting and transformation engagements, including solution direction, value proposition, commercial approach, and delivery roadmap.
- Lead RFPs and proactive proposals, ensuring solutions are differentiated, feasible, and outcome-focused.
- Build joint opportunities with account teams, alliance partners, technology providers, and consulting practices.
- Define target-state strategies across cloud data platforms, data products, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, governance, and responsible AI.
- Recommend practical modernization approaches across Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure transformation decisions address scalability, security, privacy, resilience, cost, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide executive oversight from opportunity shaping and mobilization through delivery and value realization.
- Establish governance across scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, commercial commitments, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure a structured transition from presales to delivery with clear commitments, success measures, and ownership.
- Lead and mentor consulting, architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI teams across locations.
- Support senior talent hiring, capability development, succession planning, and mentoring.
- Develop reusable offerings, reference architectures, case studies, estimators, executive narratives, and delivery playbooks.
- Represent the practice with clients, partners, and internal leadership as a trusted voice for BFSI Data, Analytics & AI transformation.
- Create Reference Customers for TCS and influence revenue streams for TCS
