Job Title: .NET Developer

Overview

We are looking for a strong and proactive .NET Developer who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a driven individual with excellent communication skills, capable of taking ownership and stepping up to challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework
• Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other developers
• Communicate clearly on progress, risks, and technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Adapt quickly and step in to support the team during critical challenges or tight deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

• Strong experience in .NET development
• Proven ability to work as a self-starter and independent contributor
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
