Overview
We are looking for a strong and proactive .NET Developer who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a driven individual with excellent communication skills, capable of taking ownership and stepping up to challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework
- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other developers
- Communicate clearly on progress, risks, and technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Adapt quickly and step in to support the team during critical challenges or tight deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

- Strong experience in .NET development
- Proven ability to work as a self-starter and independent contributor
