Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients, Mac devices, monitors, mobile devices, VPN, Azure Virtual Desktop, printers, and scanners.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers.
- Support Windows, macOS, and other non-Windows operating system environments.
- Perform IMAC (Installation, Movement, Addition, and Change) activities for hardware and software across new and existing devices.
- Support commercial off-the-shelf and custom-developed applications.
- Manage incident resolution and service request fulfillment queues.
- Deliver remote and onsite technical support, including device repair and troubleshooting using remote access tools.
- Maintain warranty and maintenance records for assets and ensure documentation is updated within operational manuals.
- Update and maintain asset information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Ensure compliance with end-user service level agreements (SLAs) and support timely ticket resolution.
- Conduct end-user device testing, inspections, and related site assessments.
- Set up, administer, and troubleshoot video conferencing technologies.
- Provide end-user familiarization training following new device installations, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely status updates within ticketing systems.
