Key Requirements

• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js/.NET, REST APIs, Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted development tools, and practical business use cases.
• Ability to identify and implement AI-driven solutions to solve business challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate technical designs, justify solution approaches, and engage confidently with business and technology teams.

Preferred

• Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or AI Agents.
• Experience leading development initiatives and mentoring teams.
