GenAI Developer - Python / PySpark / Regulatory Reporting Platforms

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on GenAI Developer with strong experience in Python, PySpark, Machine Learning, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI, along with regulatory reporting platform experience. The role will focus on building AI-driven solutions for regulatory reporting, large-scale data processing, intelligent automation, and enterprise use cases within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI and AI/ML solutions using Python and PySpark.
• Design and implement RAG solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Build Agentic AI workflows, including AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, and multi-step automation.
• Develop and integrate Machine Learning models.
• Work with regulatory reporting platforms, processes, data, and workflows.
• Develop large-scale data processing and transformation pipelines using PySpark.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise databases, APIs, vector stores, and data platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
• Ensure appropriate security, governance, monitoring, and Responsible AI controls.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
