Required Skill Set

• Strong experience with OpenText EngageOne document composition and production processing.

• Experience supporting statement generation, tax documents, customer communications, and document delivery platforms.

• Knowledge of PDF, AFP, file transfer processes, batch processing, and production support operations.

• Experience with accessibility compliance, testing, and document certification practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and deployment support experience.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with Wealth, Insurance, or Financial Services document processing environments.

• Exposure to Unitrax statement processing, digital tax slip initiatives, and large-scale document modernization programs.

Salary Range Format:

Base Salary Range:110,000 CAD/Yr..
