Job Description :-

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Struts, along with hands-on exposure to Generative AI and AI-enabled application development. The candidate will support both modernization of existing Java/Struts applications and development of cloud-ready, API-driven services with AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Struts.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, including API contracts, validation, exception handling, security, and integration.
• Modernize legacy Struts-based applications and progressively migrate functionality toward Spring Boot/microservices-based architecture.
• Integrate applications with databases, enterprise services, third-party APIs, and messaging platforms.
• Implement API security using technologies such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, Spring Security, and API gateways.
• Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, scalability, resiliency, and maintainability.
• Apply secure coding, code review, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and software engineering best practices.
• Leverage Generative AI/LLMs to develop AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, summarization, document processing, conversational assistants, and developer productivity solutions.
• Integrate Java/Spring Boot applications with AI services through REST APIs/SDKs, such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns including document chunking, embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration, and grounding.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for code generation, unit testing, documentation, refactoring, and developer productivity.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and AI/data engineering teams.
