1. Mainframe Testing & QA Expertise (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM)

2. Test Management & Defect Tracking (HP ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, Agile methodologies)

3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management (Test planning, team coordination, client communication)

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

1. Mainframe Test Automation (REXX, Python, automation frameworks, CI/CD integration)

2. Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services Domain Experience

3. Performance, Integration, and End-to-End Testing Experience across distributed and mainframe systems

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year
