Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Functional testing with strong experience across the SDLC.
• Automation testing experience using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• ServiceNow knowledge across Incident, Change, and Problem modules.
• Experience with ITIL and ServiceNow.
• Manual testing experience.
• Experience with Identity Access Management technologies.
• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in SQL and Unix shell scripts.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on time.
• Ability to adapt and innovate.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different locations.
• Self-starting and proactive approach.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
