Must-Have Skills :-
- Have Senior years of industry experience with minimum good years relevant experience on large scale initiatives involving Enterprise Content Management (OpenText) Rollouts
- Solid understanding of OpenText Content Server Architecture
- Hands on experience and solid knowledge of content lifecycle and records management practices
- Hands on experience solutioning and architecting content migration involving varied content types inclusive of Engineering documents
- Hand on experience solutioning content migration projects from varied sources to OpenText (On Prem or Cloud)
- Solid understanding of Content server application integration layers (SAP, Salesforce, Workday)
- Solid understanding of OpenText migration tools – Object Importer/Exporter, OpenText Integration Center (Magellan)
- Good understanding of OpenText extended ECM solutions like, xECM for Engineering, xECM for SAP
- Maintain Good Customer Rapport and should be to leading the Implementation and Migration Projects on Large Scale
- Good communication, analytical, presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment with minimum supervision
- Should be an individual contributor and also an excellent team player
Good-to-Have
- Experience with IT Service Management Tools (preferably Remedy, Service Now)
- Oil and Gas Industry Domain Knowledge
