Performance Engineer

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in Performance Testing, with the ability to independently plan, script, execute, and analyze performance tests
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in performance testing requirement reviews for critical initiatives.
• Develop Performance Test Plans and Test Strategies.
• Create custom logic/scripts in JMeter for performance testing.
• Perform performance testing for web applications, APIs, and batch processes.
• Design and execute load and stress testing scenarios.
• Analyze performance results using monitoring tools to identify system and resource bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify application and infrastructure performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Identify and classify defects and perform impact analysis.
• Prepare performance test reports, quality metrics, and improvement recommendations.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
