Production Support Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Operations and production support experience.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems.
• Strong experience analyzing production issues, identifying root causes, and developing and implementing fixes.
• Experience supporting .NET-based applications.
• Contribute to end-to-end software development activities, including:
• Coding and code reviews
• Unit and integration testing
• Deployment and release management
• Proficiency with SQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful API design.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience remediating vulnerabilities, including SAST, DAST, and server vulnerabilities.
• Experience providing pager/on-call support.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms.
• Microservices experience.
• JavaScript knowledge.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
