Role Overview:

Executive leader accountable for the end-to-end delivery, governance, business performance, and transformation of a large-scale Network program. Responsible for driving strategic outcomes, executive stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, financial performance, and innovation across planning, engineering, deployment, and network modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network program, ensuring delivery of business, customer, financial, and operational objectives.
Act as the primary executive interface for customer CXOs, internal leadership teams, and strategic partners, building trusted relationships and driving business outcomes.
Establish and lead program governance, executive steering committees, operational reviews, and performance management frameworks.
Drive large-scale transformation initiatives focused on operating model modernization, automation, AI adoption, productivity improvement, and service innovation.
Lead national delivery teams across network planning, engineering, survey, permitting, design, deployment, and operational support functions.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), Fiber Deep, Access Network, and Network Expansion programs.
Drive execution excellence across wireline infrastructure build, capacity expansion, network modernization, relocation programs, and capital projects.
Own executive escalations, risk management, issue resolution, and business continuity planning, ensuring timely mitigation of delivery, operational, and commercial risks.
Ensure alignment across Engineering, Operations, Construction, IT, Finance, Procurement, Vendor, and Partner organizations to achieve program objectives.
Own program financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, resource optimization, productivity improvement, and cost management.
Identify and develop strategic improvement opportunities, innovative solutions, and industry-leading practices that enhance customer experience, delivery efficiency, and business value.
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

Experience & Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Wireline Network Engineering, Infrastructure Delivery, or Managed Services.
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale wireline engineering, planning, design, and deployment programs with national or enterprise-wide scope.
Strong experience delivering Fiber Rollout, FTTH, Access Network, Network Modernization, Capacity Expansion, and Infrastructure Build programs.
Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar transformation and operational programs with direct customer-facing accountability.
Extensive experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading executive governance forums.
Strong commercial, financial, contract, and risk management expertise.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification is desirable
