Role Purpose

Lead complex, enterprise-scale Capital Markets, Treasury, and Market Risk technology transformation programs, including Murex initiatives and regulatory-risk transformation across front-to-back functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex, enterprise-scale Capital Markets, Treasury, and Market Risk technology transformation programs.
Drive Murex implementation, enhancement, integration, or transformation initiatives across front-to-back Capital Markets functions.

Lead initiatives associated with regulatory and risk programs such as FRTB, Basel III, CVA, and related market-risk transformations.
Manage program governance across multiple workstreams, technology teams, and third-party vendor organizations.
Provide senior-level stakeholder communication and reporting to executives and steering committees.
Drive delivery across the complete lifecycle, from strategy and planning through implementation and production rollout.

Required Experience

Extensive experience in Capital Markets technology, with demonstrated success leading complex enterprise-scale programs.
Strong domain knowledge across Capital Markets, Treasury, Market Risk, and trading systems.
Direct Murex experience is highly preferred, ideally involving major implementation or transformation programs.
Experience leading large, multi-million-dollar technology programs.
Strong understanding of regulatory risk initiatives such as FRTB, Basel III, CVA, or comparable regulatory transformation programs.
Experience managing globally distributed technology and business teams.
Strong understanding of front-to-back Capital Markets processes and technology landscape.
Proven ability to operate with senior business, risk, technology, and executive stakeholders.
Excellent program governance, financial management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
