Project Delivery Lead
Role Overview
The Infrastructure Scrum Master is accountable for managing the infrastructure components of business technology initiatives through the various cadences of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The role includes managing the deployment of changes into production while minimizing risk to existing services and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure workstreams for business technology initiatives.
- Lead planning, resource assignment, activity coordination, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate production releases and infrastructure changes while minimizing operational risk.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SAFe practices.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with business, technology, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and Agile practices.
- Ensure operational readiness and deployment governance for infrastructure initiatives.
Required Skills
- Infrastructure Project Delivery experience.
- Scrum Master experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Scrum Master Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
- Risk Management.
- Experience running large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Production deployment and release management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
