Job Description :-

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Own project planning, governance, RAID management, financial tracking, resource planning, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, vendors, and operations.
• Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, establishing clear milestones, dependencies, and accountability.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, escalations, and change requests to ensure predictable and transparent delivery.
• Bring Senior years of technology/project delivery experience, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance, with PMP/CSM/SAFe certification an advantage.
• Ideal for a proactive, outcome-driven leader with strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
