QE Automation Engineer

Experience

Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience.
Prior Banking experience preferred, with knowledge of Personal Banking processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation test solutions for UI and API testing.
Develop automation scripts using Selenium and REST Assured.
Create and support automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Execute automated functional, regression, integration, and API test suites.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation framework and test execution issues.
Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in test planning, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support CI/CD integration and automated test execution processes.

Required Skills

Strong Java programming skills with the ability to write code/functions for complex scenarios and integration points.
Strong experience in UI Automation using Selenium.
Strong experience in API Automation using REST Assured.
Experience in automation framework setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Cucumber.
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Git version control.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Banking domain experience with knowledge of Personal Banking.
Understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Experience with underwriting solutions and servicing platforms.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year

Responsibilities
