Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Tricentis Tosca to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications. The role will collaborate with development, business, and testing teams to implement effective quality assurance practices and support continuous delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and quality objectives.
• Execute automated and manual testing activities across various applications and environments.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Contribute to test automation framework enhancement and optimization initiatives.
• Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes through automated testing.
• Participate in requirement reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance planning activities.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, reports, and test evidence.
• Promote quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• Expertise in Tricentis Tosca test automation solutions.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Understanding of defect management and test lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
