Promote reusable automation frameworks, reliable test-data practices, and maintainable test coverage.

Partner with product owners, developers, architects, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to identify quality risks and testing needs.

Monitor test progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and defects; communicate status and recommendations.

Support CI/CD practices by integrating automated tests into appropriate pipelines.

Evaluate and apply AI capabilities to improve test planning, test design, automation, defect analysis, test-data generation, and quality insights.

Provide technical guidance, coaching, and best practices to testers and delivery teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, tools, and metrics.
