RPA Business Systems Analyst
Role Overview
- BSA with prior RPA or UiPath experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Onshore/Toronto resource required.
- Quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Intermediate-level consultant preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and oversight of IT systems by provisioning RPA bots in development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage user provisioning, entitlement reviews, and service accounts in AD and ACF2 to support secure IT system operations.
- Monitor automation platforms (UiPath and Blue Prism), analyze logs, and resolve discrepancies to maintain platform stability.
- Perform system administration activities, including creating non-personal IDs, configuring virtual machines, granting firewall access, and enabling application access.
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of new and existing automation solutions.
- Coordinate and implement secure access processes through Jira.
- Review existing workflows and ensure alignment with internal IT policies, SDLC procedures, and user requirements.
- Oversee system testing and validation activities by supervising production debug sessions to prevent unauthorized modifications and maintain system integrity.
- Support day-to-day operations, track issues, and escalate unresolved or complex incidents to L2/L3 support teams for timely resolution.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
